Wages Compensation ,IL
I need some help in getting the legal statue of wages recovery.
I worked for a company from 2002 to 2007. At the time of leaving the company in late 2007, employer is asking me to payback for the work hours not done in 2002 ( as per their calculation ) . My question- Is there any statue of limitation for an employer limiting him to go that far behind ? How far can they go back to recover deficit work hour wages from an employee. I hope some one can help me in getting the right advice here. thanks you . |

did you have a work related injury?
workers comp insurance provides benefits for those with work injuries. If not you need to find an employment law website. |
