In oct my boss told me to go home and rest my arm then when they needed me when the craft got going again. He told me out of the blue while i was at work and he was at home.Before the craft got going i had my surgury. Was it legal for my boss to tell me to go home and rest my arm? I had been seeing the doctor since April for my arm.

That darn ortho doc did not even touch or have me move both my arms. Makes me mad when they do not belive what you are saying.
