i went for my ppi rating on jan 17 i recieved a copy the ic recieved a copy my attorney also recieved a copy my lawyer drafted a letter and made several attemps to contact ic they never responded finally yesterday my lawyer went in to his office and threr was a message from adjuster to call this monday to see if we can settle my question is i am in indiana my rating was 16% loss of function of hand 16% upper extremity 10% whole body how do they determine my settlement
