moved and can't find doctor

Sad moved and can't find doctor
I came to Fl. to get out of NY nasty weather for winter. I found a Chiropractor that takes out of state WC but have run into a block to find Dr. for pain meds. Anyone had the same problem? Or know what to do. I have been doing better down and think may move permantly down here.
