Not all the time but sometimes the i/c will advance you money towards your settlement. I think they use a formula that if based on your injuries they plan to offer you 20,000.00 minus your attorney fees they "MIGHT" advance you about $1,500.00. If you have an attorney you need to ask him about asking for an advance from the i/c. Like most said I would not go to one of those companies because you know they are in it for the money and hoping you are desperate. But if that is the only way you can see yourself surviving then you have to do what you have to do, but try the i/c advance first.

thanks evereyone...Im about to finally go for my PIR after the ins co have been refuseing to ok it until now because they didnt like the results of my FCE. My atty says that I should be getting somthing in the form of money soon. Either my wc checks will resume or my settlement will be up soon.
