RE: off set ?
Morning bummer I also have a BC plan. They paid for all hubby's medical for 3 1/2 years until he won is comp case and are now paying for all of mine for the past year. prncess is right. All dr.s and facilities I have gone to have billed the WC IC first. rec'd a notice of denial and submitted it to BC along with their bill. The only reason they woulnd't pay is if the injury has already been paid on by WC. for instance, I had a back injury in '99 that was accepted by WC. returned to work and suffered another back injury in '04. different disks. WC also paid for that. This injury involves neck, shoulder, back, knee and ankle. this claim was denied. BC would not pay for any PT on my lumbar IF it were the same disks that WC already paid on in the past. Make sense? If not let me know and I'll see if I can be clearer. Has WC paid anything on your knee?CAP God is never late. In the end it doesn't matter how many years were in your life but how much life was in your years. |
