RE: question about surveillance
Loaded guns. I have one in every room in my house, the reason has been to shoot Coyote's if they come in. I also have a license to carry a concealed weapon and I wouldn't hesitate to use it if I or my family are in danger. I guess you could call me a red neck.......

GOD BLESS OUR COUNTRY AND OUR PRESIDENT!

RE: question about surveillance
I was told by an adjuster whom I know, half of the time they order surveillance on a claimant because their neighbours report them doing something what they are not supposed to do. They had a guy, who was working full time at his dad's construction business, while collecting time loss and claimed back injury.
Be careful what you say and what you do when around neighbours, you never know. Sometimes they report you even if you are within your restriction doing something, but they don't know that.
Just a thought.

RE: question about surveillance
Well frankly I think they should be turned in if they are not injured. It is the people who are not injured and just want a free ride who ruin it for all of us. I don't know how they can fake an injury with all of the MRI's and tests these days, but I'm sure some do and it just makes all of us truly injured workers look bad. It also stops us from getting the care we need in a timely manner, since the IC wants to make sure we are really injured. Sorry for playing the Devils advocate, but in this case I must.

GOD BLESS OUR COUNTRY AND OUR PRESIDENT!

RE: question about surveillance
I'm with You on this One Backache! After being as Injured as I am, and ending up Totally Disabled and in Chronic Pain, if I Catch Any One Milking this System, I Will Turn them In!! They are one of the the Reasons the Employers and the i/c are so Paranoid, and it makes it Twice as Hard for those of Us who are Truly Injured!! And I'm the Same as You, I have a Carry Permit, and Carry Everywhere I Go, Especially since I started Walking with a Cane! An Injured Person is Easy Pickin's for Criminals, or so they May Think!!!Smile

Failed Back Surgery, Chronic Pain, Totally Disabled.

Knowledge is Power, Especially in the World of w/c. Learn as Much as You can about Your States w/c Laws, and don't Fight Battles alone, They Use Attorney's, and so Should You!!
