Hamsters are really cool. When my daughter was little we gave her one. She named him
 Gorge (George). That's how she spelled his name. We all had a lot of fun playing with him. We had a clear plastic ball we put him in and he would run around the house. That worked really good except for the time I fed him some green alfalfa and he got the squirts while he was in the ball. When he died it was like a family member had passed and I buried him in the corner of the yard with as much dignity as possible.

It's amazing how we can love something so tiny so much and miss it so dearly when it is gone.This thread has given me some great laughs Thank you so much for starting it. Tweety's hit me really hard, I was cracking up and roomie thinks I'm nuts (again)! The EEEEKKKK A MOUSEEE got me as well and now I can't quit laughing. Am laughing so hard I'm crying on the keyboard which can't be a good thing, LMAO...
