Update on Squigs...need prayers please
Hi all,
Squigs and I have kept in touch through the last year or so. He writes when he is up to it. I received this from him today... "I don't have much time today but I wanted to let you know that I'll need brain surgery to remove my tumor. I met with a wonderful doctor and staff at Roswell, and after tests, and conversations we've come to the conclusion that it is in MY best interest to have this surgery. I don't know when it will be as it will depend on one more test that I am having next week to determine if it is necessary to have the surgery within a few days or if it can wait for a desirable date within the near future. I'll be able to write more later. Talk to you soon, [Squigs] We have lots of prayer requests right now but if you could add him as well I would really appreciate it and I know he would too. I know many of you don't know him but he is a good man. He was a police officer who was shot several times I believe. My memory has turned horrible so I don't remember all the details but he has a lovely wife and is a sweetheart. Thanks everyone. he is there and has been for a long time
;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone.You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life,you have come out ahead of the game.....

Failed Back Surgery, Chronic Pain, Totally Disabled. Knowledge is Power, Especially in the World of w/c. Learn as Much as You can about Your States w/c Laws, and don't Fight Battles alone, They Use Attorney's, and so Should You!! |

Done my monster friend!! You know, this is eeeeeerrrrrriiiiiieeeee....it was just over the weekend that I thought of him and wondered how he was doing!! Oh my!! Maybe I shouldn't do that?? Ya think?
