taking employer to cort
Because of my on job injury, I am completely immobilized and will be for at least 3 months. My medical care was delayed and I have been getting hard times from my employer due to W/C policies with medical care from the very start. Also, I am not being compensated for all the additional expanses and loses due to the injury. Do I stand any chance to get monetary compensation by taking my employer to court?
