I had my back broken in 1982 and had surgery at that time. Can I file a claim for recommended shots and possible surgery. My Dr says it is a direct result of the old injury.

probably depends on how the old claim was closed out and the state laws.
most states have time limits and those that don't would challenge the doctors opinion.
