Offset is Over

After 80 days at the ssa payment processing center, all my benefits including what my kids can draw off of mine is finally straightened out.Since it was screwed up from getting approved last year and had many mistakes on it.Everything they had offset I am getting back in 11 days.Thank all of you guys for letting me b###h, gripe and moan all these months, and hanging in there with me.Love you all, halftrak

As I am sure you know, the attorney will only get part of the intitial back pay that was incorrect.
What I am trying to say is that. My date of disability was the end of Feb. this year. My attorney will only recieve extra money for the months on August and September. Not the months after that.
Thank you for letting us know how long it took to get it straightened out.
