injured my knee awhile back. didn't get a lawyer cause my wc checks came on time and had no problems. I'm not able to do the job i was doing anymore and I have new problems with my knee and need to get it checked. Does anyone know how i can find out the claim number in Minnesota. (mpls.)
I'm new to this forum stuff. This is my first post on any site.
Thanks.

RE: old claim number
Employer shoud have reported injury to State Worker's Compensation. Not from Minnesota (lived there once) so I don't know what it's called. Check on state info tab on main page of this site. The State Compensation people should be able to help you find it by Name, DOB, Employer etc.
You probably can't find claim number on line.
