Bethsha - maybe Im wrong but generally they have you sign a release of your health records to them (or something like that) before they can see you .As far as I can tell per my current 13 doctors its a standard thing now adays.

In my state the IC can request an IME every 6 months. That being said and my husband and I both being IW's we have been to alot of IME's. Some lie, some don't. My attorney would have a stoke if I told him I wasn't going. Need an independant ride the last time and was dropped off at the wrong hospital twice. Yes I was scared and in alot of pain. I also have never been asked to sign anything. What test I had with me was all they got from me. Beth, I'm glad she showed up. CAP God is never late. In the end it doesn't matter how many years were in your life but how much life was in your years. |
