I did a search for Mr Aspell's state and found several individual's with the same last name, no suprise.

I found a Jim and I found a James and I did a search for public records for a Jim Aspell and found nothing.

Mr Aspell has been supportive on this board and jumps in to help even when others do not, he is here to support the IW's of this board and donating his time & supporting this board according to Admin.

I had one post on this board in which I needed very much needed an answer and Mr Aspell was there to answer.

Thank you Mr Aspell for being on this board.

Hey all... let pull in our claws. When we see or hear about this stuff jayne is right our first response is based on our roles as a mother or grandmother. The reality however is, that we do not know the reliability of the written word given and we do not know if the two names are the same. In our country people are given a fair trial today before they are hung out to dry as they say. Lets give this some time. I am not quite sure how this thread went sour, but if this person is a person who provides finanacial support that allows us to have this forum, we need to be even more careful about what we are posting here. The news is often wrong, and if I were to search for my name, I am amazed at how many actually live right here in my city. Consequently, while the behavior that was posted is beyond disquisting, it is unfair to post something like that ...absoulutely...and it was done out of revenge so try and put that into perspective. Someone didn't like something and then they attached. Very immature and very childish. (ouch..I just saw I wrote perspective..so no one run on that one..please). Lets take the good with the bad and until we know for sure about this issue. What if someone with my name is driving intoxicated or robs a bank here in Philly and then it hits the newpaper... should that take away everything my history has been on this board. Please let the courts put this to rest...and lets not act as the judge and jury on this one. For as a mother, my first thought is as jaynes, but the way this all went down is just not right either. Sorry just my thoughts..

Injured workes are a vulnerable bunch. I know I am, sometimes. This guy is one in the same. I get accused of flying off the handle sometimes. Do the reseach. To find out this information and start my research all I did was google search his name, James F. Aspell, I had no idea at the time what I was going to find.

Ok...I give... just did more research. The first paper reporting "the republican" states that his age was 35 years old, and then his web site says he has more than 20 years of experience. Didn't match, but the tV news report states he is 45 which would match slightly. Then the easy part was the phone numbers listed.. they are the same as the one that he gave.. I give. I am really sorry that this all had to be aired this way however.

well hell I went back and read the reports seems to be one and the same .....but if all he wanted was *** edited by admin *** and was willing to pay for it all I can say is he needs more help than I can give him.......we live in a world of decaying morals.....I feel so sorry for his wife and daughters this is a horrable stigma he has put on their shoulders.

Naming individuals who have not voluntarily identified themselves here, and making negative statements about them, is prohibited. Naming a doctor and referring to his patients as "unsuspecting victims" falls under this guideline. We make no judgement to the level of accuracy of the statement, this is just not the proper place for that type of discussion.
