Oh give me a break. I have a wife, and 3 young children, one of whom is a my daughter. If you care to hire a lawyer and get the benefit of the worker's comp information I'm trying to give you for free, then be my guest. I do this to try and build by practice, and promote a little good will. If I'm going to be flamed then I will happily cancel my membership and you guys can fend for yourselves.

That last post is so funny. Where you state " i will cancel my membership and you guys can fend for yourselves". Did someone hire you to come here to give Lawyer advice????? Do not think you are doing US a favor by comming on here giving us FREE services for your advice in the WC System.

This site is for injured workers, and we did not ask lawyers to come here and give their opinion on our situations. You act like you are doing us a service by comming here answering questions. It is YOUR decision to come here and read everyone's situation and give your own advice just like everyone else. You would not be hurting me if you were not here anymore, as i have not seen anything that you have helped me with anyways. I just found it amusing that you thought you were doing us justice being here.

carpal tunnel recurrence/ neuropathy / RSD.
1/29/07 injury date. Permanent. PIR settlement 8/4/08 10%

For the record, Mr. Aspell supports this website financially by listing his practice in our CompYellow Page Directories. You may find his bio by clicking on the bright "CompYellow Pages" button near the top of this page, and searching the state of Connecticut.

He is one of those people who help make this forum possible.

Thank you "jaspell", and welcome to the Discussion Forum!
