I just reopened my claim to have surgery, it's been 10 years since the last time it was opened. I found out that my time loss paid wages would be the same as when I had the original injury is this true? The accident happened in 1994 and I was making minimum wage working part-time. I now have a family to support and make 4x what I did back then, how is a person suppose to survive. Any advice you can provide would be appreciated.

RE: Time Loss?
Depending on Your State, that May be Absolutely Correct! I'm in Pa., should be getting Max., but I'm Fighting for it, and if I Win, I get Paid $690.00 Per Wk. Based on 2004 Max., and Max now is $810.00 I Believe! No COLA in Pa. for an Injured Worker!
