2nd deposition for W/C

KSgirl I do the same thing. I think it's because we want to explain our situation and we want them to know everything. I have a hard time just saying yes and no.

I had one deposition last year, wc attorney was claiming I had been terminated with cause from my employment and scheduled a deposition & court hearing in the same week, of course I was still employed.

The day before the deposition I had a scheduled meeting with Human Resource to review my restrictions
and had the letter about the meeting with me at the deposition.

At the deposition the attorney asking questions became furious when he realized I was still employed.
In the end I became upset with the attorney's attitude and started answering questions with "I don't know" the attorney became very upset and went into a rage. If only ther had been a video taken of the deposition.

I guess I am fortunate I didn't get in trouble over my answers on the depo, (The I don't knows)
