RE: naming elk
Backache, Love your pics and stories. One of my dreams has always been to live somewhere I could have a huge picture window in the sitting room where I could watch all the wildlife. It must be so relaxing for you.

If you ever see one of those elks standing alone from the crowd, that's me.

Thanks for the adventure in elkville. Tongue

Let Go, and Let God......

RE: naming elk
ChrisChris I think I know which one you are. There is a calf from last year that stays by herself a great deal. She lives up the road from me, but I'll keep an eye on her for you.
My one girlfriend had one that we called flop ear. He lost the sight in his left eye and had his ear broke during the rut one year so his ear flopped down. She has all of his racks that he lost in her yard. Well anyway one day I was at her house and here comes old flop ear. He had his nose up against her picture window and his rack went from one side of it to the other. Unfortunately the old boy died 2 years ago from old age.

GOD BLESS OUR COUNTRY AND OUR PRESIDENT!
