Question for 1171 or anyone else in California who might know
Can you be forced into an MPN network that was either

a.) nonexistant when you became injured or,

b.) were not notified of for over 2 1/2 years because even the defense atty. did not know of it?

I was forced into this network approx 1 year ago after finally finding a pain management doc that was helping. Granted I was receiving multiple steroid injections in both hips, sacro ileac joints and left knee every 4 - 6 weeks but at least it was helping the pain.

If there is a way around this I am hoping someone can point me to the SPECIFIC law that states they can't do this if one exists. Any and all help is VERY appreciated.

Thanks,
monster

Question? Is a MPN like a Doctor that has signed up to accept W/C Patients and their Fee Schedule, in your State?
