Is a "Settletment Hearing" exactly what it says?

A Settlement Hearing is to Try and reach an Agreement between the Two Parties, through the Use of a Moderator, usually, it doesn't necessarily mean that the Two Sides are going to Agree. The Main reason, besides Settlement of course, is to try and get a Dialog going between both Parties. I Hope Yours Goes Well, and Best of Luck!!
