dj - I got mine within a month after the order was signed. The insurance company has a set number of days to appeal the judges orders - normally anywhere from 20-45 days depending on your state. If you have an attorney - it will go to them first - and then they will send to you - so you may want to check with your attorney first to see if they have it.

Hi Prncess.
I am receiving weekly TTD checks....my lawyer is not touching any of it. If he recovers a settlement for me....Then, he'll jump in on his entitled percentage of the amount I receive.
If you remember, I'm in your state too.
