RE: for got
w/c is State Controlled, and SSDI is Federal. You can Be Deemed Totally Disabled by SSDI, and not by w/c. They Use Different Guidelines to Decide Disability, w/c only looks at the Work Place Injury and How that effects You, while SSDI looks at Your Education, Age, and other Health Issues You May Have along with Your Injury. It May Seem Complicated at First, but as You get into the Systems, it Becomes Clearer. Don't Be Afraid to Ask Questions, that's the Only Way to Learn!! Good Luck!!Wink

Failed Back Surgery, Chronic Pain, Totally Disabled.

Knowledge is Power, Especially in the World of w/c. Learn as Much as You can about Your States w/c Laws, and don't Fight Battles alone, They Use Attorney's, and so Should You!!
