I HAVE BEEN ON W/C FOR 3 YRS IN JAN HURT MY SHOULDER TOOK 1YR AND 3 MON FOR THEM TO FINALLY DO SURJERY FOUND CUFF TEAR THEN MORE P/T STILL ARM WAS NOT RIGHT CORTIZONE SHOTS NOTHING TRIGGER POINT INJ NOTHING FINALLY 2 1/2 YRS LATER MRI WITH DYE FOUND TEAR IN LABRUM THEN I HAD TO GO TO ONE OF THEIR DOC'S AND OF COURSE HE DID NOT AGREE THAT IT WAS FROM THE ORANGAL INJURY SO NOW THEY WON'T COVER TO FIX IT AND WHAT TO DO A MIR AND THATS IT I LIVE IN OHIO AND MY WORKS MAIN OFFICE IS IN TENN SO THATS WHERE MY W/C IS FROM AND I AM HAVING A HARD TIME FINDING A LAWYER TO TAKE THIS CASE IN OHIO JUST FOUND OUT ALL THIS TODAY HAVE SOME # FOR TENN TO CALL TOMORROW ANY INFO OR HELP WOULD BE HELPFUL THANK YOU

sounds like it will have to be litigated in Tenn to get the medical covered at this point. If you have medical evidence to back up that this is related to the original injury then let the courts decide.

Hi,
I understand you are in Ohio and your company is in Tennesee. Where is it you got hurt? That would normally control where the claim is filed. Has the company paid for any of your treatment or lost time yet under WC? If not, that needs to get squared away. It sounds like you are having a tough recovery and you need to have a good comp lawyer in your corner to get you the best result.
