Hi Chris...same article but added to contra costa times newspaper. It was shameful! Like I said, a slap on the wrist is what they will probably get...but they deserve to live without like many IW'S have. And Janet Frank, isn't she the same person who screwed many millions of IW's by not allowing State Fund to authorize treatment?

I got delayed from W/C. I am waiting for the ins. co to send me the panel list of Drs.So I went to Ca. STate Disabilty and filed a claim..7/27/11 was last day worked and I filed on 9/9/11, how long do I have to wait for check?
