In Michigan they have Voluntary Payment or Trial as some WC options. Insurance company wants to now do Voluntary Payment. Even insurance company's IME supports my case. Any opinions would be helpful.

Why go to trial ?

I would suggest, in my opinion, that you contact a W/C lawyer and ask these questions. Most give a free initial consultation and you can ask all of the questions and get free advice. I'm sorry I couldn't help you with any answers, I'm in Pa. and each state is differant. I also wanted to welcome you to the forum.
