RE: What Jobs??
You May want to Check Your States w/c Rules and Regulations, they May Have to Add Both Incomes when Calculating Your Average Weekly Wage, so You may be Compensated Somewhat that Way. At the Top of the Board there is a Section Entitled "Info. By State", You may be able to find Your Info there, and Best of Luck!!Wink

Failed Back Surgery, Chronic Pain, Totally Disabled.

Knowledge is Power, Especially in the World of w/c. Learn as Much as You can about Your States w/c Laws, and don't Fight Battles alone, They Use Attorney's, and so Should You!!

RE: What Jobs??
As for VA, the 1st job will have to pay for the lost income of the 2nd job, only if they are exactly the same type of jobs. For me, I was working and injured from a job that required me to stand most of the time. My 2nd p/t job was secretarial and w/c said that since the 2 jobs were different, they did not have to pay for the time lost with it. Had both jobs been secretarial, for example, yes they would have had to pay.

RE: What Jobs??
I will Probably Keep it the Same Rebel, Because My Injury is going to Have Me in Limbo for the Rest of My Life!! I Used to Work Hard, and Play Harder, I Hunted Bear with a Pistol at One Camp, and Deer at another, Went to another Friends Camp for Relax and Ride (Motorcycle) with My Wife and Friends, I Averaged about 6,000 Miles a Year on My Bike with My Wife along for Pleasure, I went to Our Hunting Club at least Twice a Week, now Once a Year to Pay Dues. And I could go on and on and Include the Canoe Trips down the River, Walks on the Walking Trail, and etc. ALL GONE!! W/C and the I/C's don't See nor is it their Job to Care about Our Personal Lives, but when You get Seriously Injured, Everything Changes, not just Our "Job Lives". But at Least I Have the Memories, and I'll just have to try and Find Other Ways to Relax and Have Fun, but that's not even an Option right Now, while I'm Fighting these A**holes, Too much Stress to Have Fun!! Have a Good One Rebel, and I Hope All is Well!!Wink
