RE: Ready to give up
I dont know I do know my neck is worse since my surgery but it is because of scar tissue my bodys fault not the surgeons but you need someone who knows to look into it......If it is malpractice you need to get a lawyer that does that ...check into lawyers bud thats how you will find the answers or pay a good doc to check it out yourself lawyers are a bit cheaper even if they are bottom feeders

;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone. You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life, you have come out ahead of the game.....Smile

RE: Ready to give up
I know I have put off searching for another lawyer that might not need money up front because I know if I get an attorney I will be fired for sure. With hubby being disabled I have to work!!!!
I have so much as been thinking of getting off w/c just to keep my job and when I can't stand the pain anymore I will go and use my own insurance.....just tell them I knit to much or something lol then just hope they don't ask me to knit something cause I have never knitted in my life!!!

RE: Ready to give up
angel - sent you a pm - there is a list of some older law firms that I learned about when I had my injury in Iowa - I went with a new young attornrey when I was there because of my gut feelings at the time. I hope the list helps you and please do your research and also do interviews of the attorneys

RE: Ready to give up
I know I shouldn't do that jayne but work and w/c treat you like your some kind of criminal or something. They talk to the doctor and make it impossible to get treatment because it's all in my head or............just quit because i have to many things wrong.
