well here in okla...you would take 10 % of 500(max ppd pay) weeks or 50 weeks times weekly TTD so if you made 300 dollars TTD weekly times 50 you come up with 15,000 so take it from there......geez I hope my math is right
;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone. You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life, you have come out ahead of the game.....

Born, I'm not Sure if You have an Attorney or not, but You may want to Speak to them about this if You Do. If You Sign a full Compromise and Release, if they are allowed in Your State, You are Signing away Everything, including Future Medical. I Have a Serious Back Injury, (Lower) and I'm in Pa, and Most of them here End in 6 Figure Settlements if Severe enough. Just My Opinion, but I would surely want to Talk to Someone on the Legal End of things before I accepted any Settlement! Best of Luck, and I Hope All goes Well!!
Failed Back Surgery, Chronic Pain, Totally Disabled. Knowledge is Power, Especially in the World of w/c. Learn as Much as You can about Your States w/c Laws, and don't Fight Battles alone, They Use Attorney's, and so Should You!! |
