RE: Coincidental,I don't think so
Sparkey,I have had to tell them that they forgot to send me a check one week, forgot a few days on check another time, one check that showed up two months later.etc.And if you don't point it out to them, they don't seem to find the error on their own.It might be much to their chagrin, but I do l watch them like a hawk!

RE: Coincidental,I don't think so
Still in limbo..what type of penalties are there for late checks? This is the first time I have heard of this. In my situation, every 3 months the computer that sends out my monthly check, is set to stop my check and the worker has to re enter the info. for the next 3 months. It took me a while to figure out why every several months I did not get a check. Fortunatly for me, every time this happens, my lawyer calls them to check on things and I have then recieved my check within a few day. (I count my blessings with that Wink ).

Thanks for the info.
