MMI question?
I live in new York and once my Dr. states that I have reached my maximum medical improvement . How long before I can get a hearing to settle the matter? Does it have to be 1 year after injury or can it get going sooner?
Also if i choose to do voc rehab will I be able to settle the matter while attending voc rehab? |

It doesn't have to be a year.
you can get your impairment benefits fixed while rehab is pending. |

Hi.
Im in Mich. but while I was in voc rehab..the settlement talk started. So far, nothing has been settled upon & Im still in VR. Lilly 
Injured worker, & tired of it all! I'm too old for games!! A careless word may kindle strife, a cruel word may wreck a life, a timely word may level stress, and a loving word may heal and bless! |
