Is this how slow it is??
Early in September I signed releases for my W/C attourney to receive reports from the attending physician on my case. I also gave them phone numbers, fax numbers etc. at this time also. My W/C attourney called me the last week of October wanting all the above information all over again. I talked to their office this morning and they claim they have no report yet from attending physician althogh all I had to do was ask my GP for a copy and got it the next day. I would offer them a copy of mine but they do not want anything that they do not aquire through their office. That is understandable though. I am receiving bills from the attending physician and my attourney says do not pay them. He wants to copy them, so when I get one I take it to his office for copying. Who is supposed to pay these bills? My name is on these bills so I am concerned that my credit will be screwed up if they do not get paid. Is this just another game that is played with the I/W?

RE: Is this how slow it is??
I would think, since your injury (occupational lung disease), is that everything your Attorney wishes sent him and everything they wish done their way, then be the better choice of options. Is it slow, yes, but also with your type injury, being a occupational lung disease, sometimes takes plenty of work on the Attorney's part. Sounds like their working in your best interest also.
