Time Frame?
I have 2 injuries same employer 1st is almost 2 years old and the second 16 months. I am now receivng treatment (finally) and have finished PT for one. I have surgery on my 2nd this coming week. It is time to rate my first, I have an ATTY but not sure I understand what happens now. The WC claims are in TN
Any suggestions? Advice?

Hi mistreated and welcome to the forum. I don't have an answer to your question because I am not that far along yet, but I wanted to welcome you and bump this up so others might see it. I am so happy you are finally receiving treatment.

The rating will be used to calculate permanent partial disability payments.
