RE: injured worker forced to quit
I believe, Just my Opinion, if a Form is put in Front of You, asking You to Quit Your Job and You Sign it, and you Understood what it meant, it would be Legal. Now on the Other Hand, if You had Refused to Sign, and they Fired You for Not Signing, and it can be Proven the Reason You were Fired was for not Signing the Form, that would be Illegal. There may Possibly be a Way I'm not Sure, to Say You Signed Under Duress, or didn't Understand what You were Signing, but the Proof would Have to be Pretty Solid. You may want to Consult an Attorney that Specializes in Labor Relations and Laws, and See if You have any Grounds. Best of Luck, and I Hope You can get this Resolved!Wink
