Back people please help.

RE: Back people please help.
Thanks again everyone! I had work conditioning today and I swear, I hurt more and more after each session. I go to the dr in the morning. If I get to see him I am going to try to get him to understand what is going on now and see if he will order another MRI. If he won't do that, I am going to call my attorney and tell him I want to see a different dr.
If I don't do anything I am ok, still uncomfortable, but ok. Then doing something as simple as taking a shower and washing my hair, makes the pain in my back and leg start climbing. Sweeping and mopping hurt, and therapy is getting very bad. Doing nothing is about a two, shower is a three, sweeping is a four or so, but an hour into therapy it's a seven or eight. I'll rest for a few minutes and get it back down to a four, then start the therapy again and I'm back to a seven or eight in a few minutes. I'm like you Limbo, I tend to keep pushing myself when maybe I should just say ok, enough! I'm sure I would feel better later.

Thanks again for listening. Who's sending me the cheese and crackers? I'll let you all know what happens tomorrow.

ksgirl,
Anytime new or unusual symptoms appear....something is not right. I know nothing about "back/spinal"...but new tingling means something is up with a nerve!
Take care, and my prayers are going up for you! LillySmile

RE: Back people please help.
Thanks again everyone. I went to the dr today and he wants to send me for an FCE. He said the work conditioning shouldn't have made me hurt worse, but I will heal. To be honest I am just so tired of all of this. I have always liked my lawyer, but he just wants me to go ahead with the FCE. I think he must have some bills due or something. He was saying that if it would be something that needed surgery right now, would I have surgery, and I told him not right now I wouldn't. Anyway, he wants me to go through with this and then when everything is settled I can go to a dr and get it taken care of with the open medical.

This wasn't quite the update I wanted to give, because I think you all are right and I need another MRI. I am going to see how this FCE goes and if the pain is like after work conditioning, I will tell the dr. Actually I think I will write a note to myself and make sure that I have it in my hand when I see the dr. Maybe that way I won't let him talk me into, "it can take a year to heal especially after a second surgery".
