Will they be out for revenge?
OK, I did it hired a lawyer after 13 months on TTD.

Can I expect my Kentucky IC to treat me differently now?

Will they start to give me issues with my biweekly checks that I haven’t experienced as of yet?

Will they start to turndown my mileage and other reimbursements?

[/font]What am I in for, will they be out for revenge?

RE: Will they be out for revenge?
You are just watching out for #1(you) by getting a lawyer. I feel it is the only way to cover your a... Maybe some of the payments will come through your lawyers office now or at least that is the way mine works with the lawyers share already taken out. I beleive there are laws against retaliation also.

Nothing changes when nothing changes

Smile
they are required by law to treat a represented worker different then one who's not.
revenge for what?
dealing with someone who knows the rules often makes a professionals job easier.
Shy
It now becomes a negotiating exercise and both sides will raise issues to use in bargaining.
It's not revenge; but it will seem more like a contest.
Rolleyes
they can no longer deal directly with you so all calls from you will be refered back to your atty.

Injured worker, & tired of it all! I'm too old for games!!

A careless word may kindle strife, a cruel word may wreck a life, a timely word may level stress, and a loving word may heal and bless!
