Notes from Visit
Does anyone know if we can receive notes from the NCM visit with the Doctor. I requested the notes from her visit and told I am not entitled to them. Are they lying to me

RE: Notes from Visit
Depends. certain documents are privileged. Whether they are or not would be up to the work comp judge. Put your request in writing. If your claim is litigated you can try to subpoena them.

RE: Notes from Visit
I emailed the request to Case Manager
I have a call into an attorney I haven't had one since August but I think it would be best to get another one.
This is why they put a NCM on again. The attorney I had before fired the one they had on when I was first injured.
I have no contact with the NCM but she was at my last appt. and she spoke to the Doctor.
Now they want an IME and I just wondered what Dr. said.
The IME is for the neck and the Doctor she saw is handling the arm and shoulder.
I already had an ime back in June and that Dr agreed with the shoulder surgery.
New attorney took info and said he would call me back in a couple days.
I hate to feel negative but because of past experiences I do not have a good feeling.
I guess he is looking up the info to see if it is worth while for him.
We will see.
I am going to call the Dr. office to see if they have anything on record about NCM visit.
