I have a camera, the plants and the car so we're good to go. If everyone here will cooperate we can take pics of them and then share the wealth with all on the forum after we are paid by those despicable IC's, LOL...all of our money problems are now solved, LOL....

Crabby...don't worry you aren't alone with having a personal PI. But I agree...He could atleast wait till I could comb my hair...and put on my bra...for heaven sakes you would think they could let us have some dignity. But Crabby I just have to tell you what happened to me this morning....I don't normally post personally things about my case....but since you brought us the topic of the PI. I feel I should put you ladies on alert. Early this morning 6:39am to be fact....I was still in my bed...when all of a sudden my dogs start barking...I roll over and look out towards the window my are just having a barking fit....and to my surprize...there is a man looking through my window .at me. Scared the POOP out of me...but as soon as could get my thoughts and wits I opened the door and yelled for him to stay off my property....but I used some nasty words in there too. Then he had the gall to get out of the car and walk a few feet like he was trying intimadate me...I as was so mad but I to admit was scard to death. It was still just dark enough I couldn't get the plate number off the car. So when I called the cops he was like not much I can do...but call us if he comes back. My attorney tell me not to worry that he isn't going to hurt me...but I will not have strange men peeking through my windows. And I will don't need it going on in my life. Have had PI for a few months. I just wave at him. To be honest it really doesn't matter that they want to follow me around....I have nothing to hide.....but to have him come through my chain link fence...and look through the windows is going to far. Will be so happy when I never have to deal with WC again.

a legal PI will not peek thru windows....spring please be careful I believe you had a peeping tom or worse.....please be sure and lock doors.......you can go to radio shack or some place and get those yard signs that say this property protected by ADT or something simular........that will put a stop to that crap......

that is trespassing....unbelievable...he could be a peeping tom....got a hose nearby? or set up some traps...or piles of doggie poop for him to step in....jerk....I can't beleive the police didn't respond....they don'tknow for sure if he is PI or not....that's their job and they should be responding no matter what....unless the dispatcher took it upon themselves to make the decision not to sent anyone...in any case I would call and ask to talk to supervisor of Chief of Police and ask him why no one was sent.....thats what your taxes are being paid for them to respond....I would have been scared too...see someone staring back at me while I'm in my bedroom....maybe you could get an inexpensive security camera that hooks up to you vcr to record and them press charges against him....I'm truly sorry you had to go thru that spring...it is unnerving and unacceptable....Your lawyer says "he won't hurt you" can he guarentee that...does he really know for sure he's the PI? and what kind of background check did they do on this PI to see if he is not somekind of weirdo? alot of times those background checks fall thru the cracks of the system too!!!!!! be careful and alert at all times...spring...I'm not trying to scare you further, but you just don't know!!!!! I would demand to know who or what company the ic has hired and what kind of background was done on this person...he stepped over the boundry on this one....

Spring - I agree with Jayne and Crabby, you have no idea if this was a PI or a peeping tom.

I have several ideas on how to keep this pervert away but I don't think I can post any of them. Please take care of yourself and do as Crabby suggested...call the PD and talk to someone about why no one was sent out. If he is a PI he crossed the line and if he's a peeping tom you need some kind of protection. Take care of yourself and keep us informed okay?
