Just recieved a message froma nurse case manager
i was just in the bathroom and couldnt get to phone and the message was from a nurse case manager from insurance company why is she calling me? what is she going to want? I dont understand this can someone give me some info before i call her back

Mel, to be honest, it can be anything. My best opinion to you, is simply make the call back, and see what is up, or what they have to say. it can't hurt, and yet it could be good news. One just never knows till the call is completed.

well i spoke with her was very brief she just wanted to know what my condtion was and what was going on with the neuro and i told her he is now sending me to a pain managment dr...so we shall see what happens
