you should put all your complaints in writing and summarize your phone conversations with the adjuster and the supervisor. always followup your verbal communication with a brief letter. Documentation is very important when dealing with legal and insurance matters. Keep everything in writing.

You can also file a complaint with the texas dept of Insurance (with a copy to the carrier and/or employer)

1171, I just called and will fax my complaint reasons and the discrepencies with my check amounts with printouts to the complaint resolution dept.I will make copies of everything.All this he is doing because he has an anger issue about me calling supervisor.He wants to make it where I can't eat,but I will file every complaint to any source that I can against him on this.I know others that have had him as IA and they just let him cut them off,but I will retaliate and it will all be 100% the truth. I have nothing to hide.
