Has anyone Taken Neurontin

I would sure call the docs office and tell them. What else are you taking besides the neurontin?

zanaflex which i am suppose to take at night 4mg which did nothing i was up till 2 am i called yesterday and thats when he increased the dose and the receptionist wasnt to happy with my call and am afraid to call again today but i wasnt expericing this yesterday with the one pill like i am today what do i do

ok well just wanted to let everyone know that i did indeed call the drs office yesterday due to all the side effects from the med (neurontin) that i was experiencing diziiness blurred vision,itching,nausea,vomiting,direshha and the nurse or whomeever answerd the phone could not understand why my dosage was raised so quick ...But she was not helpfull dr was out yesterday and said i willl recieve a call today..I called the pharmacist and asked her and she said stop taking the med right away as those are bad side effects....So now what it seems i am batting 1000 right now...

ahhhhhhhhhhh when it comes to med side effects your druggest is your best bet...When reading I dont always have an answer for everyone or anyone but last nite as my body throbbed in pain and I was hi on oxycodone...I relized maybe you dont understand...NO DRUG WILL TAKE ALL OR ANY OF THE PAIN AWAY. tHE PAIN IS THERE TO TELL YOU SOMETHING ISNT RIGHT.......ALL THE DRUGS WILL DO MESS UP YOUR BRAIN SO YOU CANT COMPLAIN SO LOUD.I was looped my brain was fried and still I cried in pain......until you get the problem fixed you are gonna hurt...you are gonna have to deal with it any way you can......I listen to Indian drum and flute music and get lost in a painting I have of Reds...I am so good at getting lost in my mind that there are many times I "fall asleep" for hours...My Honey knows when I go to my happy place and the drums and flutes are playing to not "wake me "......somedays the pain is so bad nothing helps and you just lay and wish yourself dead...but then one of those sweet children will come in with an "A" paper or a drawing or a huh and kiss and my world is ok again.....I have accepted(most of the time)the rest of my life will be lived in pain...I have not given in and will continue to search for other ways to relieve the pain.....But in order to live with it you have to not give it control...its kinda like a feisty paint horse you gotta keep a tight rein on em..but in the end the ride is worth it....
I believe the pain has made me a better person..

Jayne wonderfully said i do realize no drug will take away all the pain i know that for a fact and dont expect that i am learing to live with the pain more each day but as far as the side effects go i will not live with that my body cant handle it ...I was never so sick as i was yesterday i felt like i was in another world and i hate to be dizzy and it still didnt take any pain away if not it made it worse i am not asking for a miracle here as i know it wont happen and i understand your pain and others are far worse off then mine is or mine may ever be and everyone deals with it in diff ways ...What i do now is take my 2 little kitties and rest on my bed and put some rod stewart on and relax ....they love the music and curl up in a ball laying next to me that makes me happy they love me being home and spoiling them all day....As far as the meds go im not expecting anything to take away my pain totoally i never said just a little relief would be nice ...

I have been taking it for the last six months. It helps a little bit, but it doesn't completely do the job for me. I take 600mg 3 times a day.

I react very poorly to it and it makes me very.... well it makes me an ass to be honest. I snap at people for standing to close to me. It seems like any little thing sets me off.
