MAYBE GOOD NEWS

Hello everyone!,

Ok I wasn't going to say anything as not to jinks myself but I think maybe I should ( need all the prayers I can get).As I mentioned before I am going through things with my employer and the AME. Well my attorney depoed the AME last tuesday and he said he had no problem releasing me back to work and he had based his opinon on my old reports and injuries basicly admitting he had not done a full exam in so many words, because he was not aware I had been working for the past 4 years since my knee surgery. He only said that he wanted to do another exam. I figured I would have to wait another 5 months for an appointment. Got a letter from the other attorney Saturday with an appointment on Nov. 5th.

My attorney then stated the only thing that would hold me back was the fact that my treating doctor was putting down that he was treating me for my foot and lumbar spine which she has no authority over. But the other attorney tried to use my back because for some reason they say I have open medical on my back. Well to make a long,long story shorter. My doctor was never treating me for my back only my foot which causeed me to limp which cause my back to hurt sometimes and he called the attorney and told her that. She told him all he had to do was reexamin me and send in a report stating the only reason he made mention of my back was because of the injury to my foot. So it seems things mybe working out for the best and I will be able to make my last 10 1/2 months and get my FULL RETIREMENT!!! Hopefully I should be back to work no later then Dec. 1st. WISH ME LUCK AND SAY A PRAYER

Rholmes, I hope this works out for you. You deserve to finish your time and receive your retirement. Hopefully the drs will get evverything straight and sent in accurately. Saying prayers for you and wishing you the best!
