Just wondering
Got hurt on the job i can still work but have to miss work to see DR. can i get paid for the time i miss work. For those who asked I live in Texas.

maybe.
each state is different. it doesn't appear so. Texas pays only for disability not leave time. http://www.tdi.state.tx.us/wc/employee/benefits.html |

You need to post your state so that someone can help answer. As 1171 said, every state is different.

All i can say is....NH paid for mine. I could never get an appt. when off work as i worked 10 hour days. They have to pay you mileage and also time missed at work for appt. You need to check your state rules.
