omg Im so upset talk to ncm today no more dr no more weekly checks i was put at mmi as of the 17 now every thing they had appioments for they have stop dr wont let me go back to work i dont know what im going to do now its just not right iv been living off of 153.00 wc a week all ready behind in every thing all i can think now is my poor kids i have maybe 2 weeks of meds i just dont know

Hi Kentuckygal,

I am so sorry to hear of your recent events. if you doc does not feel you are ready to return to work and they stoped all your medical and checks get yourself a laywer if you dont already have one. I no how you feel and i am where you are now an have been for 9 months. in the mean time there are places that try to help hang in there ...Tony !!!

Youm need the letter of denial also. So make sure you tell that NCM to get you one pronto.

im from a small place no just work com lawyer close I can drive anymore i talk to one from town he said call back after i was rated this tell me if not much money to be made he not going to help my dr was working on getting everything done i had an appointment for friday for a psy eval and to see him it cost 6oo.00 just to see him i dont know she said all the paper work was in the mail i wouldnt have even know if i had not call her to check in

You can get another medical opinion and appeal the denial to the work comp board.
Check with unemployment now that your restictions are permanent but you have to be able to look and accept other employment.
If you haven't reviewed the handbook. it has information on filing an appeal.

I am confused if your doctor didn't release you who did? Apply for u/e and social services most states have agency that can help you in time of need. Start working that phone get some answers have you applied for SSD yet? you can do that over the phone God be with you.

im confussed to ncm said there were not going to approve the dr same dr who has treated me for months said she was cancellion my appm i dont no iv calm down some now and i have call my sister who live around 30 miles away she is comeing in the morin to go lawyer hunting i will get on the phone and start trying to figuer this out thank u all for your help I have not applied for ssd yet i heard u had to share you wc with them if any apply dont know about these thing
