well as of yesterday my emg test was for 10/26 after talking with the adjuster he had called one call medical (thats the place that sets up all testing) and left a message that he is not approving it it has to be earlier with that they gave me an appnt for monday and are provinding trasnportation to and from the drs.On the other hand i am seeing if i can switch drs i left the ins adjuster a message earlier as to why and see what he says...This is the 3rd time i have called and not recived a call back and i am getting no where with this dr and do not feel comfortable with her either..Well just thought i would share with everyone..mel

They give with One Hand, and Take with the Other, that's the normal Process of what We've all come to know and Love as w/c!! They approve Your Claim Yesterday, and now they are changing Your Dr.'s and Appts. This is only the beginning, start Documenting everything they do, times they call, who You spoke to, etc. I surely Hope this straightens Out for You, and Beware the Adjuster, watch what You Say to them, they can twist Your words on You!! Good Luck!!

Did you request transportation. IC gave me transportation once and I took a witness with me. In case it was one of thier spies.
Recorded the whole ride over and back and everything he said to us.

Others have said that dont chit chat with the driver since they can be a spy for the i/c

Mel I agree with limbo state a journal now and be VERY careful what you say to adjuster ..
I had to call all the time after each visit with doctor and I always got the We havent gotten the paperwork yet ... even when doctors nurse told me it was faxed to them that same day ... ITs stall and stall as long as they can ...

Hi guys yes i was made aware it could be a spy i am working on other means of transportation ..I was kind of happy that they moved my appointment up to monday as i didnt want to wait 2 weeks..As far as the chage in drs that was my request but they havent changed me yet as they said i will be referred to either a hand specilist or neck..so i wont have to deal with this dr much longer thank you all for your concerns
