RE: experiencing New Pain
ok here we go just how well do you handle pain? if you have mild carpel tunnel you should be able to rest and ease the pain......so either something else is going on or you are unable to stand any pain.....and that could be a major downfall in the WC system

;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone. You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life, you have come out ahead of the game.....Smile

RE: experiencing New Pain
Ok, well that is equal to now 6 working days days out of work then. I understand you stateing this been going on for awhile, but that doesn't count till it's made a Work Comp Claim. In general 6 days out of work then, is being looked at just that. They are not looking at you stateing it was going on for awhile. Being so, your start date then is this is as stands 09/28/2007. You need to relax, for you only just begone what others have been doing and had ongoing for years now. You not going to get carpal Tunnel taking care of in a weeks time trust me.
