RE: Ok At my Limit
I don't think she can make you move....do you have a lease? Call your civil process with the county you live in, and ask them about your landlord, and while your on the phone with the county ask for the legal assistance program, and see if someone there will give you the answers you seek ...maybe this will at least alievate some of the stress your experiencing...

no where to hide

And of course they will give you something for the pain...All along through out this whole process i was seeing a sports med dr before filling out workmans comp and was on pain meds for about 2 months and then found out what a kook he was....I dont think i am being ridiclous if my arm is numb and in pain and so is my neck how should i just deal with it?

RE: Ok At my Limit
A good WC lawyer is gonna have a full appt calendar...if you find one that has an open appt for today you better reconsider hiring him.......waiting a week is not to bad

;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone. You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life, you have come out ahead of the game.....Smile

RE: Ok At my Limit
Mel,
You may as well Kick a donkey in the (Jayne's lame attempt to bypass the Bad Word Filter) & tell em to run!
NOTHING happens in a timely manner as far as WC/IC goes (especially when money/payment to you is involved). I know you have bills to pay....we all do.....in actuality, the IC could care less. You must have patience, and wait it out. Make arrangements now, for the possibility that your check MAY NOT come in time. As far as Lawyers...Jayne is totally correct, you are gonna have to wait to get in to see a good lawyer.
Take care & try to calm down, LillySmile

Injured worker, & tired of it all! I'm too old for games!!

A careless word may kindle strife, a cruel word may wreck a life, a timely word may level stress, and a loving word may heal and bless!

RE: Ok At my Limit
Yes, but they can advance you a smaller amount check, by talking to employer about you pay scale also.
