cant move my left arm have no feeling

well woke up toda after not going to bed till 6 am as i couldnt sleep..I woke up and called my dr i have no feeling what so ever in my left hand its so numb and tingling as far my neck that is still hurting as well....I tried the prednisone and all it did was keep me awake i took 2 pills yesterday and 2 so far today i feel no difference in fact my hand is worse dont know what to do..BUt i am in tears
