just got a form in the mail to sign to release all my medical records to liberty mutual regarding my claim ...Now all of you know this has been going on for over 2/12 months i have gone threw my own insurance first now what do i now..Should i sign this form or what?

Have you contacted an attorney yet? Most will give you a free consultation. I would not sign anything until I have asked an attorny first. Hope this helps and I really hope you are getting some relief from your pain now.
