RE: New Update
I had been receiving one amount, then when I hired a lawyer he realized I should have been getting more. Instead of raising my rate, i/a lowered it and now my attorney can't get a hold of the i/a to find out who their attorney is. He said he finally gives up and instead of talking to the ic attorney he is just going to file for a court date.

RE: New Update
Remember Mel they should be sending you an insurance card for medications. You should not have to pay out of your pocket for that. If you have in the past , make a copy and fax that into your adjuster also. They have 30 days to pay it.
With my insurance card for medicines it is a pain in the you know what everytime i use it, as you need them to give permission to fill your meds first. Sometimes it could take 72 hours for them to approve of them. What i usually do is pay for the meds up front if not to expensive and then have them reimburse me. If not i call the adjuster to tell him i am waiting at the pharmacy for my meds. carpal tunnel recurrence/ neuropathy / RSD. 1/29/07 injury date. Permanent. PIR settlement 8/4/08 10% |
